REFUND POLICY
These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of INDUSTRIAL FIELD MAINTENANCE.
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Terms and Conditions for return and refund:
- The customers have 15 days to return your purchases.
- If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 15 days of the purchase. INDUSTRIAL FIELD MAINTENANCE will refund the full amount without any questions.
- The products must be returned within 15 days under the following conditions:
- The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
- It must contain all tags.
- It must not be damaged.
- The customer must submit the purchase receipt with the returned product.
- After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three INDUSTRIAL FIELD MAINTENANCE shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Our Return Policy
Please allow 10-12 business days for a received return to process. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for any order placed through www.ifm-ky.com
- All returns must be made within 15 days of shipping. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 15 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please send email to mike.high@ifm-ky.com RMA #. Please include the following on your email.
- Enter your order# and email
- Contact Phone Number and reason for return item(s).
- Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent and enclose your RMA number on the Packing Slip.
- If you are shipping back in the Continental U.S. and have received a prepaid return label, please affix the label to the package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
- There will be a $10.50 return fee that will be subtracted from your refund. This fee covers shipping and restocking of your return.
- While we process the refund at the time of return, please note, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit card company to post the refund to your account
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Industrial Field Maintenance is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from Industrial Field Maintenance.
