Safety training

is an integral part of the IFM operation that has allowed each employee to have a safe working environment by providing the necessary training to complete any job. Depending on classifications, employees are trained in OSHA 30, equipment specific operation, NCCER advance rigging, NCCO crane training, National Board “R” Stamp, multiple welding codes, and site-specific training as we maintain construction and fabrication industry certifications. IFM has also worked over 500,000 hours without a LTA or OSHA recordable incident.

2021 Destiny Award

In addition to keeping a high standard of safety, Industrial Field Maintenance received the 2021Destiny Award for Safety. 

2022 KEMI AWARD

Industrial Field Maintenance has received the 2022 Destiny Award for Safety for a second year in a row.  This award demonstrates IFM’s commitment to on-the-job safety throughout the company.
