Safety training

is an integral part of the IFM operation that has allowed each employee to have a safe working environment by providing the necessary training to complete any job. Depending on classifications, employees are trained in OSHA 30, equipment specific operation, NCCER advance rigging, NCCO crane training, National Board “R” Stamp, “S” Stamp, “U” Stamp, multiple welding codes, and site-specific training as we maintain construction and fabrication industry certifications. IFM feels that the employee is one of the major elements in creating a safe work environment and has started developing a new program called Safety Star to reward employees for their safe ideas.
